How to change your Payment Method or Billing Information

To modify the payment method or billing information associated with a subscription that you manage:

  1. Click your Icon/Avatar in the top right corner
  2. Click on your name in the menu to go to your Profile
  3. Click Billing to open a portal where you can change your payment method and billing information.

On the Stripe customer portal, you can:

  • update payment method details
  • manage billing details supported by Stripe

What to expect:

  • Billing redirects you to the Stripe customer portal.
  • Billing does not change products, seats, or assignments.
