To modify the payment method or billing information associated with a subscription that you manage:
- Click your Icon/Avatar in the top right corner
- Click on your name in the menu to go to your Profile
- Click Billing to open a portal where you can change your payment method and billing information.
On the Stripe customer portal, you can:
- update payment method details
- manage billing details supported by Stripe
What to expect:
- Billing redirects you to the Stripe customer portal.
- Billing does not change products, seats, or assignments.
