How to increase or decrease number of Seats in your subscription

To increase seats for an existing product:

1. Go to your Profile
2. Open Manage Products.
3. In Current Products, select the product.
4. Increase the seat count.
5. Click Update Quantity.
6. Review the proration message.
7. Complete payment if Trax opens a payment page.

What to expect:

• Seat increases take effect immediately.
• Additional payment may be required.
• If payment is required, an invoice or payment page can open in a new tab.

Reduce seats

To reduce seats for an existing product:

1. Open Manage Products.
2. In Current Products, select the product.
3. Lower the seat count.
4. Click Update Quantity.
5. Confirm the effective date shown in the dialog.

What to expect:

• The lower seat count does not start immediately.
• The change takes effect on that product's next billing date.
• You can undo the scheduled reduction before it takes effect.
