Assign subscription seats to others

It is possible to assign your subscription to other people. If you assign your subscription, you are still the Subscription Administrator, and will have to continue to manage the subscription.

The person you assign the subscription to, will not be able to see or change the subscription them self. They will be able to see your contact information (email).

To add an assignment

1. Click your Icon/Avatar in the top right corner
2. Click on your name in the menu to View your profile
3. Click “Add Assignment” button
4. Search for the person you would like to assign the subscription to. If the person doesn’t have an account in Trax you can Invite using their email.
5. Select the person in the list if the person was found.
