How to cancel your subscription

There is no separate cancel-subscription action in Billing for personal subscriptions on this page.

To cancel a subscription that you manage:

  1. Click your Icon/Avatar in the top right corner
  2. Click on your name in the menu to View your profile
  3. Open the subscription panel you want to cancel.
  4. Click Manage Products.
  5. Cancel each product in that subscription.

What to expect:

  • If the subscription has one product, canceling that product schedules the subscription to end at the end of the current billing period.
  • If the subscription has multiple products, cancel each product you want to remove.
  • The subscription remains visible until the scheduled cancellations take effect.
