1. Create an account in Trax Codes as the team admin who will distribute licenses across the team. If your organization uses Microsoft or Google, you can simply login with your existing credentials.
2. Once you have created an account and accepted terms and conditions, select “upgrade.”
3. Choose your subscription type and number of licenses and select “sign up”
4. Complete payment details on the right and adjust number of licenses on the left
5. Assign access to Trax Codes by selecting “add assignment”
6. Search for existing team members or invite new team members to join.
7. Use the red x symbol on the far right to remove a team member. You can also remove yourself as a member of the team and remain the administrator without an active subscription. See below.
